The Vino Express First Weekend

ALL ABOARD THE VINO EXPRESS! This weekend experiences include: return train fare from Sydney to Orange in a dedicated Festival train carriage; Welcome Onboard breakfast of Prosecco piccolos & local pastries; a ‘Meet the Vigneron’ onboard event with introduction to the Orange wine region from a local winemaker and wine-tasting; 2 nights’ King Size Deluxe accommodation in the 4-star centrally-located Mercure hotel; daily breakfasts at local cafes; tickets to festival events; as well as visits to local artisans and additional boutique cellar door visits for wine-tastings.

“Pink Up” Wine in the Vines

Proudly Supporting the McGrath Foundation this Rosé themed "Pink Up" meet the maker wine & food experience will explore the wines of Orange without needing a Plan B. We’ll be your designated driver as you are introduced to local vignerons and given an exclusive insight into how some of Orange’s best cool climate grapes go from vine to wine. Ticket includes lunch, wine tastings, transfers and a bottle of the region’s best to takeaway.

Orange Wine Festival Riedel Masterclass

Did you know that the shape and size of your glass affects the aroma, flavour, and overall profile of wine? A Riedel Sensory Workshop is an entertaining and educational opportunity to learn how the shape of the glass can affect wines, regardless of your wine knowledge. The workshop will give you a glimpse into Riedel’s 260-year history of design and invention, and demonstrate the important role your wine glass plays in wine enjoyment.
